I have limited mobility issues. And everyone - and I mean "everyone" - here went out of their way to assist me. From the guy at the front desk that arranged for us to arrive early and avoid having to wait in the check-in lines, the kind lady that handled the breakfast area and offered to carry my plate back to my room for me, to the girl that did our housekeeping and volunteered to come by each day, even though policy is "every other day," to remake my bed because I pull the sheets off when trying to turn over!! WOW!!!

I like that this hotel had everything you needed and wanted right there for you. It had restaurants right there close to it. The hospital was right next door to it, and also a Publix grocery store. Inside the hotel room was set up like a apartment. You had your dishwasher, microwave, two glass cook top burners, and regular size refrigerator. This place was awesome. Will stay here again when in Huntsville.

OMG. We had to book My daughter a room close to the hospital. I explained to the manager what was going on. “Trina” the assistant manager was amazing. She made sure my daughter was taken care of. She was super kind and accommodating. I love outstanding customer service.

Property was very nice and convenient. Some maintenance was needed in the room. The safety lock screws were stripped and hanging loose and the refrigerator door was broken. Upon our arrival I feel these things should have been attended to before we stayed.

We love the location. The 2 bedroom is our favorite because we have traveled with my mother. This gives all us privacy. We have stayed at this property multiple times
